Hi,

I am facing the issue that my Band 2 turns of during the day even if the Battery is still half full (~60%). The Watch turns of and it is not possible to turn it on again. If I charge the Band it turns on and I have to set Time and date again. I would like to send the Band for service or exchange it. Where can I ship it?
