Probleme » Articulate Quiz freezing on submitting results

Hello,

I am hoping to find help here as Articulate says my issue is a moodle issue, not an Articulate one. I initially posted on this forum thread on Articulate's website.

Was on Moodle 3.0 and just upgraded to 3.1 hoping the following problem would get fixed with a moodle upgrade. Without success.

The problem:

Posting several 20-question quizzes made with Articulate Quizmaker 13, publishing in Scorm 1.2. Our new quizzes contain pictures on the slide masters (without the pictures, the problem seems not to happen).

Once the last question of a quiz is answered, the quiz seems to freeze (on the result slide for the question, after clicking contine) for about 20-30 seconds. Then, the question result slide goes away and it goes back to the last question instead of showing the full quiz result slide (which has the button to review the quiz)... nothing happens if you click on submit... but if you use the "question list" to go back a few questions and hit next to get to the last question, then the quiz result slide comes up...

If I cut the quiz to be much shorter (like 3-4 questions), there is a little freeze but we do get to the quiz result slide as expected.

I have the latest Adobe Flash player on my PC. Tried with Firefox and Chrome. Same issue.

Articulate tested one of our quizzes on Scorm Cloud. It works like a charm there.

I really hope someone can help. We have quite a few frustrated students waiting for us to fix this bug!
