Probleme » CPU very high

Hello

I bought my new Very good spec pc 1 year ago and now I'm getting problems my CPU gets to 90% when I'm gaming and sometimes it turns PC off.
Here is my spec:
Intel® Core™ I5-6600 3.9Ghz Turbo mode 4
MSI B150M Night Elf gaming
8GB DDR4;
SSD OCZ Trion 240GB SATA3, 550/520MBs;
VGA MSI GTX 960 GAMING 4G LE;
600W PSU, 8 ch

I think maybe only I have 240 GB SSD and no HDD and maybe this is the problem? Or something wrong with my CPU?
