Technik » Cant Delete file

Hello,

Im not a genius at using computers, but I have tried lots of options to try and delete I file but I cant. Every way I try either does nothing or it tells me I need permission to open the file, even though I am an admin. Is there a way I could delete it quickly?



Please help....
