Can someone help me with steps on installing Red Hat linux on VMware

Hello everyone,

"I have VMware workstation 12 downloaded, I know to use that but I'm very new to linux and can someone help me with the steps of downloading linux red hat?

I created an account inputed my business email now when I click on red hat linux I see two options so I click on the virtualization, but I have no clue on what to do next.. there is so many steps and things to download that I have no idea what to do. And I am currently using windows 10 with VMware installed"
