Probleme » Computer Wont Detect Portable Hardrive

Hello,

One day, i wanted to manually add a DLC to my Skyrim,which is on my XBox 360, so i took my Samsung HX-M500TCB/G portable hardrive, where Skyrim was located, and plugged it into my PC,then added the DLC to the data file.
When i plugged the hardrive back in, my XBox didnt detect Skyrim or any other games or files that was on the drive, so i plugged the drive back into my PC and tried to remove the files, but my computer didnt detect it. So I went into disk management and saw my internal hardrives and another drive with the name "Disk 0 partition 2," but i dont know what to do after that.
