Recently my motherboard has been giving loud fan noise. It's just all of a sudden. I've googled and checked some articles and they said I can control the speed of the fan via BIOS menu > Power Tab. Surprisingly my motherboard doesn't show me any power tab in bios. Here's a small 6 second video to show how the problem is like.
